As much as I love to buy and give gifts to others, that's only part of the pleasure that I get out of it. I love putting together some really great presentations through my gift wrapping skills. I have quite an arsenal of all kinds of gift wrapping paper, ribbons, bows and gift tags. But I mostly get them on sale or clearance at the end of the season instead of paying full price for them.
I like to get gift wrapping ideas from craft blogs and about a week ago I was looking at some interesting blog posts in regards to that when I saw the site Clear-internet.com and decided to change over my internet service to that company.
I'm glad that I stocked up on holiday wrapping paper paper after New Years last year because I don't think that I'm going to have to buy any wrapping paper this holiday season. I also found some cheap ornaments on clearance that will be great to put on top with bows and be reused in the future.

Home Now
We are happy to be back home now. Driving to Houston is a long trip. Well, I am as happy as I can be because I still feel bad. I had sinus infection which I will follow up with the doctor on Thursday. My congestion is still bad and my head is still hurting too. All I want to do is rest, but the kids seem to think the opposite. I hope and pray that I will feel better in the morning. I missed church last week and I don't like to miss my church. We had a wonderful holiday and I hope that all of you did too.

Prom Dresses
My cousin is already dreaming about the prom. She called me and wanted me to go looking at prom dresses when I get home. I told her to give me a few days of rest and then I would carry her. I asked her why she doesn’t want her mom to go and she told me that her mom has no taste in clothes. I said that I wasn’t going there, but I would call her when I got back into town. I think she just wants a younger person’s idea.
Happy Turkey Day to All
Yesterday Greg carried us to the Houston Zoo. It was great except I did not get to see the Panda. I wanted to see the Panda the most. It’s a pretty big zoo and we finished seeing most all of the exhibits. Bt the end of our trip we were all tired and the kids were getting a little cranky especially Matt. We all enjoyed it and I can’t wait to get home and upload the pics into my pc. We are all smelling the cooked food and getting very hungry now. I can’t wait to eat that turkey. However, I want to wish everyone to have a safe and happy holiday.

Wii Accessories
I am trying to think up different Christmas gift ides for the kids. I know Charles has asked me for a new Wii. So I’m setting her looking online at different wii accessories trying to get an idea of how much money that I will need to invest overall. We are looking at the wii because hopefully it will keep him busy plus give him some exercise too.
Planet Houston
We are here in Houston Texas now.We decided to spend the holidays with family in Houston. We picked up granny and brought her with us too. The kids do not know it but we plan to visit the Zoo this afternoon. My problem is that I forgot some of our things like my batteries for my camera. Yesterday was a long day too. We woke up and scrambled to get Charles to his Pedia. We didn’t see that one coming. I guess that’s life! My husband and I are hoping that things will settle down and try and find some sort of a routine. I hope to post more online later and hopefully we can get some pics of the zoo.

Toys
I just setting here and watching my two boys look at the wish books. The wish books are all the catalogs and store fliers that has toys. They are excited and showing me all the things that they wish Santa will bring them. I’m happy to observe because it gives me some great tips on what their little hearts desire the most. I also enjoy watching by big boy, husband, look at the toys too. I know he likes to use the children as an excuse so he gets a chance to play with toys too.
One Day to Work
My husband will work tomorrow and then take the rest pf the week off. Thursday and Friday are a holiday for him, but Tuesday and Wednesday he has to take vacation time. He could take vacation Monday, but he doesn't want to burn all his leave time. We are trying to let his leave grow and accumulate for next year. I'm off work all week and the eldest is out of school. My little man is all off the time. The only pressure he has is what to eat and who will change my diaper. I want to wish everyone a safe and happy holiday!

Clinicallix reviews
I have heard that saying that if it is on the internet then it must be true. However, I have a skeptical mind too. I have been looking for a weight lose supplement for my husband and me for some time now and I‘m still looking. I have found websites that offer different reviews of two or three supplements and how effective each one is to the other. My skeptical side wonders could it be a company pushing all it’s own products and writing rave reviews. Now that brings me to my next point, I have been checking out a review site and reading Clinicallix reviews. The thing I like about this site is that it reviews the product, but it also gives consumers a chance to rate and review which helps me control my skepticism a little.
Thanksgiving Program and Feast
colon cleanse
I always see advertisement on television about colon cleansers. I personally don’t know anyone that has had there colon cleansed? I want to know how effective they are and if they work. So if anybody out there has used a colon cleanse product, please post a comment below and let me now how it worked for you. It would be a good idea if you told the name of the product too.

Insurance Quotes
My husband told me that he got some great insurance quotes online. He said that we were able to reduce our cost on his van by half. He also said that they discounted my car by forty three dollars. He was so excited because we have been looking for ways to cut our expenses. He had already adjusted our satellite bill downwards too. Now I just hope he doesn’t cut our Christmas funds.
Happy Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is one of my husbands favorite holidays because he said he gets to eat. Boy, he really likes to eat. He loves it when his mom cooks his favorite pie, Chocolate pecan fudge. I'm looking forward too it too because we plan to go visit my brother-in-law and I get to go out of town and take a break from the old routine.
Banking Jobs
Before I immigrated to the States, I would discuss the kinds of jobs I would want to do when I arrived. I have always thought that I wanted to work in an office environment. So my husband said that I should check out banking jobs. He thought that I would be good working in the banking industry. Now that I’m here I’m just learning the money system while my youngest get’s a little older. I hope once he starts pre-school that I can jump right into my chosen career.
Feel Bad Sunday
I have been feeling bad for three days now. My throat is sore and I have a bad headache. I think that I will try and go see the doctor tomorrow. I think I have seen the doctor two times now in three years. I'm not counting my obi-gyn. I saw her many times when I was pregnant. Matt also has a follow up appointment to look at his surgery tomorrow. I hate it that I will not be available to work.

Putting our house on the market
We had been putting it off for a while, but I was just so tired of taking my longer commute to work now and my wife works from home, so it just made sense for us to go ahead and put our house on the market while we look for one closer to my new place of work. Plus, our kids our grown and working, so we don't have to worry about them having a place to come back home in the same place.
Now we're doing a couple of things around the house to help convince people to buy the place. I just looked into some sears counter refacing prices and I think that we're going to go with them because our counter in the kitchen has a whole bunch of wear and tear that might not be good to let potential buyers see.
We're also going to find a new kitchen color to put up on the walls. We have dark green up now but the realtor suggested something really neutral.

World Series Wrap-Up
Guest post written by Tim Ward
Now that my wife and I are retired, weÕve spent a lot of time watching baseball on television. We recently took a Hearing Test , and we got fitted for hearing aids to help us enhance our game watching experience. We followed several of our favorite teams, like the Atlanta braves and the Boston Red Sox all season. However, weÕve also watched televised games for just about every team in the league. ItÕs been nice to be immersed in something besides two full-time jobs and other work related concerns. We really kept an eye on the recent World Series that just wrapped up. We were excited to see two unlikely contenders play off against each other this year. We were worried that some of the perennial powerhouses we face off again, but this year was very refreshing. We are glad the Giants took home the title. Now that baseball season is over, we have another thing to look forward to, our kids return home. Both our son and our daughter live out of state, and itÕs going to be great to have them back. The event will give my wife and me something to focus on for the next few weeks.

Fun for All
The Author of this post is Keven Bender
The county fair is fun for everyone, especially the kids. They have all kinds of magic and wizardry there that I cannot explain, and I can only assume is actual sorcery. This is my primary motive for attending these county fairs, far above my children's happiness. For as I leave the renaissance fair to attend this one organized by the county, I am shocked to find these wonderful wizards roaming the world in their futuristic garments.
The biggest aspect that struck me was the food. No mutton sticks to be seen, but instead this strange fluffy pink substance which is some kind of sugary snack. Truly this was a concoction brewed by an advanced form of alchemy, and I gathered a sample in my cheek to deliver to the royal alchemist. But alas, the food melting in my saliva, a very clever defense indeed. The wizard must have made the food knowing that there were spies about, trying to unravel his ancient secrets. Strangely he was not like any sorcerer I had ever met, dressed not in robes but a candy striped shirt and a round hat. When I told this tale to the king he fashioned me drunk, and surely I must agree, for what I tasted in my mouth was too delectable to be real. So I refrained from telling him the end of my story, for when we all returned home from the county fair, the wizard and I watched movies on something called satellite TV from www.cannonsatellite.com .

Just Click It
Are you trying to lose weight? I know we have been struggling in our house hold. My husband is the heaviest that he has ever been in his life . His poor old metabolism seems to just quit. Anyway, I have found a product that I think will work so if you are interested too, click here to learn more. If you check it out drop me a comment and tell me what you think especially if you have tried it before.
Busy Sunday
It seems that we have been spending all day cleaning house and washing clothes. My husband has been doing the laundry. I have been cleaning all three bed rooms. I don't know if I'm just tired or not motivated but all I want top do is rest today. My honey is happy that LSU beat Alabama yesterday. He is enjoying the Saints game right now especially since they are ahead.

Just My Grandson and Me
Guest post written by Hal Kessler
My grandson is 12 years old now and every Sunday he comes over to for dinner with his father and mother. When I got talking with my son, my grandson usually plays his handheld videogames. For the past couple visits, I have had a lot to talk about with my son and daughter in law, and my grandkid usually ends up going off into the living room to play more of his games. I’ve had some issues with my hearing aid and my son has been doing some research about hearing aids he found for me on http://www.miracleearhearingaids.net .
I want my grandson to be involved as much as possible when he comes over, so last week I brought out my old Nintendo for us to play after talking to me son. It’s nothing like the kids have now, but I still had some old classics. My family was shocked with how well I was able to keep up with my grandson. It’s a funny way to bond, but I just want to ensure that my grandson and I always have a little quality time when he stops by.

First Frost
We had our first taste of winter finally. The frost came and all the leaves fell off my husbands friends tree. It's fairly a new pear tree and not very old. I look at our pear tree which must be a hundred years old and the leaves are still on it. It's really supposed to get down to the 30's for the first time this year on Saturday. Since I am on the weather report, we finally had four inches of rain at our house the other day. I know my husband is happy because the lakes are very low and he wants them to get full again.
