Out Of Town

My husband has left town and will not return until Wednesday night. He has a business trip to Hammond, La. He is not looking forward to the drive. He and his co-workers will car pool together. I hope and pray that they have a safe journey. I will observe if Matthew will miss his dad. Oh, well, since I have no help here, I have to prepare the kids for bed and get the eldest ready for school.

Passport

My passport is about to expire this summer. So we have been researching online where I can renew it. Normally, I would have to go to Chicago, but they have a Filipino Consulate in New York. However, I found out that I was supposed to report my marriage to the Chicago Consulate before I could even think about using the New York Consulate. It would be better for me to visit New York so I can visit my mom and sister. So I am gather all the Report of Marriage requirements and getting them in the mail by this weekend.

Weight Loss Stories

The ladies where I work love to talk. They talk about their families and their money problems. They even talk about their love life’s. I really don’t like top go there with them because they are old enough to be my grandmother. Today, the main topic of discussion was their weight loss stories. I was interested in today's topic since I’m looking for ways to lose this baby fat. Mostly they diet but one is trying a weight loss supplement. So I plan to watch her real close.

Money, Money, Money

It seems the money is never enough. My husband said that we have too much month at the end of the money. I started working so that has helped. I know, I should count my blessings and not focus on what we still need to do or accomplish. We are slowly getting everythi9ng accomplished and all I need is to have a little more patience which is easier said than done. It's time to go run some errands and I hope to be back online soon.

Convex Mirrors

My husband is online looking for convex mirrors. I asked him why in the world he needed one and he answered me that they are implementing new security measures at his company. He said the security guards need to inspect the cars coming in the gate and the mirrors can help them with their inspection. He said his company has many changes coming and maybe all of them are not so good.

Busy Weekend

It's been a busy weekend here in our house. We had my sister and other friends here. It's been a while since we had this many people over. Yesterday we had fun visiting the boardwalk and eating at one of the buffets at the casino. All had fun except my poor husband. He baby sat all day, so I could enjoy my friends. He really didn't mind bonding with the boys. Especially when I bring him home food from the Asian buffet. My eldest is home and all will return to our version of normal starting Monday. My sister will fly out early tomorrow and then it will be us four again.

Branson Vacations

I carried my husband lunch yesterday because I’m not working this week.
My husband and his co-worker were discussing John’s vacation plans. He was trying to decide where he and his wife would go on vacation this year. My husband asked him if he had any ideas and John told us that he and his wife were looking at Branson vacations. They like Branson and have been there only once before. I told him it must be nice to be able to afford a vacation and he just laughed because he knew I was only teasing.

Coming Home

We are excited that our eldest son will be coming home tomorrow. He has enjoyed his trip to Disney World, but he is a little homesick and ready to come home. I'm sure when he is here that he will be ready to travel back to his grandmothers. I wonder if he misses his school and classmates. I will ask him the next time I talk to him online or the phone. We miss him and I think the baby misses him too!

My husband and I have been think about getting some life insurance. I just don’t understand the difference between Term Life and Whole Life. So I’m online trying to educate myself. Lazy Sunday

We woke up late then realized that we forget to change our clocks. We still made it to church with plenty of time to spare. We had a busy time yesterday and did our fair share of keeping the economy going. We went to see a movie for the first time in like 6 months. We saw the movie Percy Jackson and the Lighting Thief. It was OK. It was our first time to carry the baby and he did very good. I can't wait to see some of the pictures of my eldest and his trip to Disney World. He has been a little home sick, but he will come home next Friday. I have no work next week because it's Spring Break, so I will stay home and bond with my little man. My husband will be back to work tomorrow. I know ghe would rather be fishing which we didn't do this weekend.

SD Card

I need some more memory for my camera. It’s just so easy with a digital camera to take many pictures. My husband says that I take too many pictures. So I have been looking online for a new SD card. Of course I’m always looking for a bargain to help save money. If you know of a great site, then just let me know, then again, I think that I might have found me one already.

It's nothing like coming home and wasting four hours playing Farmville. My husband and I push each other off the computer now. I've got to get up and do something around this house. At least I can get some exercise cleaning this place. Now I got to go take care of Matt he's crying.

Acne Treatments

Does anyone know where I can find some really good acne treatments? I do very well as long as I clean my face at night. However, if I forget or I’m just somewhere I can’t wash my face good then I get acne really bad. Once I get acne then it takes it forever to make it go away again. I have lost a little weight since I started exercising. It feels good to wear some of the clothes again that wouldn’t fit me last month. I think my husband is getting the fishing fever. I know he is because I'm wanting to go to the lake myself. Yes it's true, I like to fish too. Stomach Virus

It's been a better week this week because we no longer have a stomach virus in our house. My husband and baby Matt had that last week. We are back to work and on schedule again. It seems my husbands mom has the virus now. She got sick with it on Tuesday. I feel really bad for her because I see what it did to my two men. I hope she gets better soon. So everyone say a prayer for her please.

I called my cousin on the phone and asked her what’s up? She was all upset and crying. I asked her what’s wrong and she told me she was looking online and researching treatments of eczema. New York

After celebrating two birthdays on Saturday, my eldest son flew away to New York to visit and be with his Mamita. It's the first6 time we will have been separated for this long. He is a little homesick after 4 days, but I think that will be forgotten as soon as they board the plane to fly to Florida to travel to Disney World. We miss him, but we know that the 19th will be here fast and we will see our little man again.

First Communion Invitations

I called my good friend who happens to be baby Matt’s godmother to see what she was doing. She said that she was online searching for first communion invitations for her daughter. It will be in about a month that her daughter can receive her first communion. It’s an exciting time for her family. I just told her to make sure she invited us too.

Happy Birthday

It's hard to believe that my little one is one year old today. It looks like he is enjoying his cake. We did the celebration on Saturday, but he still can enjoy some of his cake on his true birthday!
