We are both enjoying the fruits of our labor

This is what we got from our small garden, we’re both enjoying our fresh vegetables. We got a green bell pepper, cucumbers and yellow squash. Me and my husband we are both sad because we lost some of our squash plants. The bugs killed them, but it's good that they gave us some squash. AT least we can still enjoy the other fruits of our garden. We are still waiting to taste our carrots because we don’t know yet how long they need to grow. When I plan my garden next year, I will expand it more and also try and plant some fruit.

Cramic Tile

I’m really getting tired of this house. It’s time to remodel and put a lady’s touch. My husband upgraded many things before I came here, but you can tell that our house looks like a bachelors pad. Hr installed new carpet which I like, but the bathroom needs updated ceramic tile. I’m not changing things to just change them, we really need to remodel the bathroom. Now all I have to do is convince my husband and find the budget to do it.

Chicken Shawarma

I really missed the shawarma and I wanted to try to make it again. I eat it before when I was in the Philippines, so I decided to look online to see if I could find a recipe. I’m glad that I found one online and it also had a video that’s really easy to follow. However, the really hard one to find is the tahini sauce.….and we finally found it in one store here. I’m so happy that I found it but I’m a little disappoint because of the price. I made schawarma with beef on my first attempt and the second time I used chicken. We all decided that they are both good.

Anyway I have some picture that I attached here with my son and it looks like he really enjoys it. I did not make it so spicy because my son doesn't like it too spicy. My hubby loved it too!

I also made a pita bread for my shawarma, and I put in a grill so it will crispy...

DDR3

As most of you all know, our old computer died recently and we had to buy a new one. My husband was slightly disappointed because we didn’t have the budget to really get what he wanted. So that means I’m looking online for some new Ram memory. I’m not sure if I need ddr2 or ddr3. I’ll just have to wait until he gets home to find out. So if your computer is getting a little slow and you haven’t maxed out your RAM slots, just click on the link above and check out their website today.

Its a big day

Yesterday we celebrated my baby Matthew’s Christening. Before that, I’m so busy preparing food for the party afterwords. I spent many days the week before preparing the food because I’m they only one that can do it. At least the party had a very good result and all the visitors and godparents came to it. I’m so sad when I looked at my camera and saw the result of the pictures taken. I'm a little disappointed because the little girl took the pictures and she don’t really know how to do it. Anyway here is some of the pictures that I can share here at my blog. Maybe that’s all for now….. because I'm sore and a little sleepy especially since I will take care now my little boy.

Best Diet Pills

It’s been over a week now that my husband and I have been dieting. I’m still looking at the best diet pills trying to find the right one for us. I hate to admit that we slipped off the diet this weekend because of a family reunion Saturday and a Baptism celebration this Sunday. Hopefully we get right back on our diets starting tomorrow. If you are researching diet pills like me then click on the link above and check out their website too.

Busy Weekend!

Happy weekend to everyone! We have a busy Saturday and Sunday planned this weekend. Today we will go to a Luttrull Family reunion. I think this is this first time to meet my husband's father side of the family. I have met his mother's family many times. Maybe because his father has passed already he doesn't keep up with that side of his family. Or maybe it's just because before I married him, he was just a hermit. Anyway, on Sunday of course we will Christen baby Matt. I plan a small celebration afterward which means I have many food to cook and fast running out of time. It's time to go, so I hope to have many picture to post this weekend.

Reunion Day

This morning we went to the Luttrull Family Reunion. We traveled like one hour to get there. I did not meet his Dad's family members before this reunion. I met his mothers relatives first and many times already. Below I have some pictures that I attached.

Here is my husband with with the surviving brothers and sisters of his father. From left to right we have his Uncle Paul, Aunt Barbara, my husband, his Uncle Charles, and Aunt Bonnie.

Here we have my husband with a 2nd cousin Rosie from Missouri and his Uncle Wade. His Uncle Wade was his Uncle by marriage to his father's sister, Aunt Ellen, but she was lost in tragic accident.

Diet Pill

I have blogged about losing weight before but this time my husband and I have already started our diet. We have been eating healthier and less food for about a week now. So I’m looking online to find a good diet pill to help supplement our dieting. Since I don’t know the difference between one pill form the other I have been researching the different diet pills online. If you are looking for a good diet pill too, click the link above and check out their website today.

Preparing for this Weekend

We have been preparing for this weekend because it will be very busy. Baby Matt will be Baptized this Sunday and my husband has a family reunion Saturday. I plan a small celebration after the Baptism Ceremony at my house with friends and family which means that I will be preparing food to cook all week. I will be preparing many Filipino foods like lumpia and siopao. I have been cleaning house and my husband has got the lawn looking good too. I just hope and pray that I have enough time to get it all done.

Vegas Vacations

I’ m sitting here wondering where we can go on vacation this year. I have always wanted to visit a desert because I have never actually seen one except on television. I can not think of a better location to check out a desert than Las Vegas. If you know me, I was checking out Vegas vacations online. I found wonderful deal for 3 days and two nights starting as low as $149.00. Now all I have to do is convince my husband that is where we need to go this year. I should be able to apply to his practical side.
