Happy Sunday morning! Yesterday we had a lazy Saturday because we just mostly chilled at the house. We only went out to buy some groceries, but the most exciting thing we did was visit the park. My oldest child had a ball playing with the other kids. He really gets upset when we tell him it's time to go home. I got a little exercise by walking some. I hope that the kids and me can walk more often to the park more during the coming weeks.

Good morning everyone!!! How was your Memorial day? Ours was pretty good because it didn't rain and it's was not hot outside yesterday. We went to my mother in-law's apartment to grill some chicken. We told her the other day that my husband will do it because she’s still not in 100 percent since her heart attack last week. We’re glad she’s been doing good now. Anyway we went to my in laws and we grilled while my eldest son (Charles) enjoyed playing outside even though he was alone. We are there watching him and the weather is nice and warm. When we finished visiting, on they way home we stopped by Burlington to find an outfit to baptize the baby.

To know it 1st

My husband and I are planning baby Matt's Christening(Baptism) for June 14. As I was talking before with my mom, she was hoping that we could fly and do it in New York and Baptize the baby there. It was sad to say that we can’t because my husband does not have enough vacation time left. We used all his time when I was pregnant going to the doctor and the hospital. So last today we went at the church office for a seminar on Christening. I realized that they have a just a little different rules about the Christening here at the USA than the Philippines. One difference is the rule about godparents. Here they just only want one godmother and godfather. It is also customary to give the priest a stipend. In the Philippines, Charles had many godparents. We also give the money to the church.

My sister has moved to New York as everyone is aware by now and we were planning a surprise visit to see her. To The Hospital

My husband's mom was rushed to the hospital last night with chest pains. So we have all been praying for her. She is stable and doing OK this morning, but they will keep her a couple of days for observation. They want to keep her and do some test. She called this morning and said that they want to do a heart Cather and she really don't want to do it. My husband advised her that if the doctor thinks it is necessary then that maybe she really needs to think about doing it. She is waiting to get advice from her other son because he is a paramedic.

After we lost my brother-in-law this year to a lengthy battle with cancer, I have been researching online about this deadly disease. Today I have been researching Mesothelioma cancer. Today we went down to the river Boardwalk. As you can see in the picture above, I now have a little cowboy in the family. The picture below, we just finsihed riding the trolley.

I'm just chilling with my boys trying to think of a topic to write about. I hate it when I get writers block. The Party

Last Sunday we went to my friend's daughters birthday party. She turned three years old. Her name is Adriana.Her mother cooked so much good food that I could not taste and eat all. The favorite was the lechon. The crawfish was a big hit too. I posted a pic of Charles and the birthday girl and plus Charles playing in a bouncy.

It's Monday

It's Monday and it's back to the "ole grind" for my husband. I know he looks for the day that he can retire, but he always said he wants to be young enough to enjoy it too. New Haircut

Yesterday was a busy day. We woke up and first thing we did was go grocery shopping. The next thing we did was drop me off at the beauty salon because I wanted to get my haircut. Two Months Old Now

Today Baby Matt's is two months old. It's hard to believe that time is going by so fast. It seems like he was just born yesterday. I caught him smiling with his gorgeous smile. So far he's like his dad, a little camera shy. Every time I try to catch him in a good mood, he stops smiling when I finally get the camera. Don't you think that he is so handsome?

It's a paint

I’m so glad that my eldest son that he has something different to do. When his bored here at the house and he has not yet started school, I try and find different activities so he is not always to watching tv. Since we buy him a set of paints and his mamita give him paints too, now he really loves to try his artistic skills. However, he can’t do it inside the house because it's so messy and look at his picture below, he really enjoys painting even if his alone.

I have been wishing that we could go some place nice for vacation this year. My husband suggested that we go to Las Vegas because there is a direct flight from our airport and it ‘s really cheap. Bills, Bills, Bills

For some reason the bills seem to keep coming this month more than others. My husband is the one that pays the bills and it seems that he is always sitting at the computer. Maybe it's an optical allusion because the month is really flying bye at a past rate. It is hard to believe that baby Matt will be two months old this coming Saturday. My oldest son should be starting preschool this year. Anyway, it's time to change a dirty diaper and figure out what to eat for lunch. I really hope to get back to posting more regular like before.

It's been a lazy Sunday today. It was raining very hard this morning so we decided not to carry the baby out in the bad weather. I really hate missing church, but we thought it best to keep baby Matt inside today. The sun came out around 1:00 PM today, but the yard looks flooded. I know we had at least two inches or more of rain. Anyway, I hope all my online friends have had a Blessed Sunday.
